Uncapped referral earnings for partnering with Palmaway
The referral is tied to the individual who referred it, not the brokerage. As long as you have an active realtor license, you will keep earning the referrals?
Referral payments are uncapped and are processed on a quarterly basis via your preferred ACH or Check Payment.
In most cases, this would not fall under the referral program if Palmaway already had an established relationship with that owner prior.
Yes, absolutely. If you referred the owner initially and they decide to purchase additional properties, those property referrals would be added and you would receive credit.
Referral payouts continue ONLY if:
– The Realtor portfolio maintains 3+ active properties
– Or – Refer at least 1 new property every 24 months

Program Modifications & Discretions
Palmaway reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend, or discontinue the Realtor Partner Program, including commission percentages, tier structure, eligibility requirements, and payout terms, at its sole discretion. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively alter payments already earned under prior terms.
Participation in the program does not create a joint venture, partnership, employment relationship, or agency relationship between Palmaway and the referring Realtor.
Financial Reporting
Referral compensation is calculated based on Palmaway’s internal accounting records. Palmaway shall have sole discretion in determining qualifying commissionable revenue and applicable payout amounts. Palmaway is under no obligation to provide detailed financial statements, revenue reports, or property-level financial documentation to participating Realtors.
Program Eligibility & Activation
Participation in the Palmaway Realtor Partner Program becomes effective upon the successful onboarding of the first referred property under Palmaway management. Submission of a referral constitutes acceptance of all program terms and conditions in effect at the time of referral.
No Guarantee of Duration
Referral compensation is contingent upon the referred property remaining under active management with Palmaway and continued compliance with program requirements. Palmaway makes no guarantee regarding the duration of any property’s management term or future referral compensation.
Licensing & Eligibility Requirements
Participation in the Palmaway Realtor Partner Program is limited to real estate professionals holding an active, valid real estate license in good standing in the applicable jurisdiction at the time referral compensation is earned and paid.
Referral compensation shall immediately pause if the Realtor’s license becomes inactive, expired, suspended, revoked, or otherwise not in good standing, for any reason. Referral payments shall resume only upon confirmation of license reactivation and return to good standing, and only for periods following such reactivation.
The Realtor is solely responsible for maintaining active licensure and must promptly notify Palmaway in writing of any change in license status. Palmaway shall have no obligation to independently monitor license status and shall not be liable for missed, delayed, or suspended referral payments resulting from a Realtor’s failure to maintain or disclose active licensure.
No referral compensation shall be owed or paid for any period during which the Realtor’s license is inactive or not in good standing, regardless of when the referral was originally made.
